We are a top-producing real estate team seeking an outstanding Licensed Agent who is fluent in Paragon, WebForms, and Strata documentation. Advanced computer skills are essential. You’re adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to shift priorities seamlessly while supporting both clients and the broader team. Compensation:

$100,000+ per year potential Commission Based

Responsibilities:

Buyer and seller showings
Hosting open houses
Converting and following up on team-generated leads
Listing and offer preparation
Strata document review and summaries
Buyer tours
CMA preparation
Managing the full lifecycle of a sale or purchase
Marketing and listing preparation

Qualifications:

Valid BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Ability to complete detailed work accurately and efficiently
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general internet tools
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to tackle any task
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
