We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. This field-based role focuses on developing relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, distributors, and end users while promoting a portfolio of engineered products and solutions used in construction and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory.
Build relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, distributors, and end users.
Identify and pursue new construction, retrofit, and infrastructure project opportunities.
Promote products through presentations, training sessions, branch visits, and customer meetings.
Support specification efforts and provide technical product guidance throughout the sales cycle.
Gather market intelligence and track competitive activity.
Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and customer support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and market trends.

Qualifications

2-5 years of outside sales experience.
Experience in construction, HVAC, industrial products, building materials, mechanical systems, or a related industry preferred.
Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
Mechanical aptitude and a solutions-oriented approach.
Post-secondary education in business, engineering, construction, or a related field is an asset.
Ability to travel throughout the territory as required.
