Job Summary:

The Solution Architect - CRM - Intermediate will lead the design, development, and full life-cycle implementation of IBM Maximo Work and Asset Management solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Maximo systems, including configuration, integration, mobile solutions, and support, ensuring scalable and high-quality deployments aligned with business needs. The architect will collaborate with city divisions, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver technical leadership and drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Lead design, development, upgrade, and implementation of IBM Maximo MAS, Maximo Mobile, and Maximo 7.6.x solutions.
Manage large-scale Maximo projects including migrations, testing, upgrades, and go-live activities.
Provide expert advice and post-implementation support for Maximo applications.
Gather business requirements, map processes, and design Maximo-based solutions.
Lead workshops, create functional design documents, and coordinate with city divisions and vendors.
Oversee system and application testing, including test plan and case development and execution.
Manage data migration, legacy data conversion, and quality assurance activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and build consensus.
Track project issues and dependencies, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
Assess new technology trends and recommend effective adoption strategies.

Required Skills:

15+ years experience with IBM Maximo MAS, Maximo Mobile, and Maximo 7.6.x full life-cycle implementation.
12+ years leading large-scale IBM Maximo implementations and project delivery.
Expertise in Maximo solution design, configuration, and post-implementation support.
Strong skills in business requirements gathering and process mapping.
Proficiency with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and automation scripting (Java, Python).
Experience with Oracle SQL, DB2, and Maximo Spatial configuration.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Maximo 9.x and Maximo Application Designer.
Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, web services, and version control tools like Git or Docker.
Proficiency in BIRT report design and BI dashboarding.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and automation frameworks.
Experience with mobile Maximo development and support.
Ability to manage change management initiatives at the program level.

15+ years of demonstrable experience in IBM Maximo Work and Asset Management solutions.

Proficiency in Maximo solution design and post-implementation support.
Strong skills in business requirements gathering and process mapping.
Experience with Maximo Mobile and related technologies.
Public sector implementation experience is mandatory.
