The Acquisition Group, one of Canada’s leading marketing and consulting firms, is expanding our sales division on behalf of our client, TELUS Communications. We are seeking sharp, motivated, and driven individuals with strong sales experience and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to promote TELUS mobility and home services.
Clearly explain product features, benefits, promotions, and value propositions.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions with confidence.
Manage objections professionally and guide conversations toward successful sales outcomes.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and compliance in all customer interactions.
Collaborate with a high-performing, supportive sales team.

Qualifications

We are specifically looking for sales professionals with:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (outbound, inbound, retail wireless, telecom, D2D, B2C, or B2B).
Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
Strong ability to build rapport and close sales.
Confidence, clarity, and professionalism in communication.
Goal-oriented mindset with the motivation to exceed performance expectations.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs.

Additional Requirements

Full-time availability:

Monday to Friday: 7:50 AM – 3:50 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Up to two weekend shifts per month: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check.
Must be 19 years of age or older.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.
Previous TELUS, telecom, or target-based sales experience is an asset.
