Full Time Dispatcher

John the Plumber is growing our office team again and adding another dispatcher!

This full-time and permanent office role requires someone with a flexible schedule. We are looking for someone with great customer service, someone who is a reliable performer and has a friendly positive attitude!

This role involves:

• Taking inbound phone calls.
• Providing friendly, world-class service.
• Navigating our schedule software and taking bookings.
• ETC.

Job details:

• Compensation is based on an hourly rate + a bonus for jobs successfully booked.
• The hourly starts at $20 an hour.
• The booking bonus is based on performance, but you can usually expect somewhere between $500 and $1500 per month.
• Health and Dental benefits begin at 90 days.

This is an office job. The office is located in Nepean, off Merivale. Parking is abundant. The dress code is work-casual. It's a friendly work environment. Someone who manages well with change is ideal. Problem-solving skills will help tremendously. But outstanding customer service and patience is the most important factor.
