RESPONSIBILITIESPortfolio and Administrative Support
Process wires, EFTs, contributions, withdrawals, and transfers transactions in a timely manner
Facilitate account opening
Prepare investment performance and quarterly reports
Document transactions and client communications and ensure regulatory compliance
Client Support and Relationship Management
Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager and client service teams to deliver a seamless client experience and contribute to internal improvements
Respond to client calls and emails, resolve inquiries regarding account activity and performance, and escalate issues as needed
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations
Execute mutual fund, equity and fixed income trades
Schedule and prepare materials for client meetings, including portfolio reviews and investment proposals
Marketing and Social Media
Support the creation and distribution of various client and prospect communication pieces
Coordinate client and prospect events

Customer Service – Determine needs, capture relevant information, apply internal policy or regulation, and escalate and prioritize the requests of customers to answer inquiries, fulfill transactions, or resolve issues
Digital Literacy – Use technology, tools, and online resources to find, create, and communicate information or apply new digital tools or systems to do our work, while staying safe and responsible in digital environments
Product Knowledge – Maintain and deepen knowledge of company products, services and/or applications in order to align features, benefits, and uses to client or stakeholder needs
Regulatory Knowledge – Understand and apply relevant laws, regulations, and standards to meet legal and ethical requirements and reduce risk for clients and the organization
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience within the investment industry
Registered with CIRO as an Investment Representative in good standing
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Knowledge of Broadridge’s Dataphile and/or Salesforce is an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills to create clear, engaging, and professional content
Articulate, tactful and confident interacting with clients
Exceptional attention to detail and skilled at working efficiently and accurately
Team player with a proven record of building trusting and productive relationships
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated, driven and operates with a high level of accountability

We offer a competitive and equitable total rewards package, including mentorship programs and meaningful professional development to support your continued growth. The expected salary and commission range for this role is $65,000 – $75,000 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
