About the Role:
The position is required to support franchisees on daily restaurant operational and technology needs. Main liaison between the field, franchisees and headquarters, whose responsibility is to provide the highest quality of customer service and support to the Franchisees, Field Team and Operations Team. The role will support a region under the franchisee coordinators structure, while being a support or lead with various operational projects and cross functional support.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administration: Researching and resolving inquiries and problems including but not limited tocreating merchant accounts for credit card processing, general accounting questions,database management: opening/closing stores, maintaining equipment order dates,attributes and franchisee contact info. Processing Marketing POP orders. Tracking andfollowing up on missing documents. Provide support for ongoing projects and initiatives,working cross-functionally with internal teams.
- FSD: Troubleshoot internal & external customer issues, through research to find source dataor dedicated resources. Maintain lists and prepare/send communications for internal &external customers. Be the resource for Franchisees SMO Teams for inquiries/request.Providing guidance as needed.
- In-restaurant Support: Work in restaurants from time to time to complete training needed to learn& understand Subway Operations. Also, support key projects and window execution playbookinitiatives.
Qualifications:
- High School Degree required.
- Effective/clear communication skills, including written and verbal in both English and French.
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and conflict resolution.
- Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook and all required internal software systems.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, strategic thinking skills,
- Adaptability, able to work at a fast pace and changing environment and ability to prioritize /multi-task.
- Accountable- taking ownership of your actions.
- Organized, attentive to detail, comfortable with taking initiative.
