Key Requirements:

Knowledge of a MarTech and CRM ecosystem (campaign orchestration and content, audiences and segmentation, offers, content creation, customer journey, work measurement, investment measurement, customer relationship)
Development or maturity of a business architecture practice within a large organization
Leading multi-domain initiatives (business, marketing, data, AI, architecture, technology) with leadership autonomy
Communication, synthesis, and executive-level influencing skills in an advisory role
