Responsibilities:

Being enthusiastic about building relationships with customers over the phone and virtually.
Educating customers about their benefit coverages and providing them with policy solutions that meet their needs.
Answer questions and guide clients through the application process.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching.

What will make you successful:

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred but not required
Your ability to communicate well written, verbal and listening.
Your ability to multitask, to complete daily activities.
Self-motivated and enjoys working with people
A desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
