HVAC Sales Consultant

The Opportunity

As an HVAC Sales Consultant, you will be the face of WiserAire—working directly with homeowners to assess their needs, present HVAC solutions, and guide them through the full sales process.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is motivated by unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home HVAC consultations with homeowners
• Identify customer needs and recommend energy-efficient solutions
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations
• Generate and follow up on leads to close sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with marketing and management on sales strategies
• Track opportunities and maintain CRM records
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development
• Represent the company with professionalism and confidence

Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (required)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
