Position Overview

Chef Luciano Schipano Hospitality Group is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/prep cook.

This role is essential to maintaining efficiency and cleanliness during high-volume events. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to perform in fast-paced environments.

Shifts are scheduled based on event bookings and may vary week to week.

Shifts may take place at various locations, including:

Boccaccio Ristorante (Toronto)

Key Responsibilities

Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment during service
Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen area
Support kitchen team with basic cleaning and closing duties
Assist with garbage removal and sanitation procedures
Follow all health and safety standards
Support event breakdown and cleanup

Requirements

Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is an asset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to stand for long periods and lift when required
Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, late nights)

Compensation
