Embroidery Machine Operator

Department: Production
Reports To: Embroidery Supervisor

Summary:
Operate Tajima or similar embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered letters, numbers, garments, and hats. Training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate embroidery machines.
Prepare garments and hats for embroidery.
Inspect work for placement, color, and stitch quality.
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
Work with the production team to meet schedules.

Qualifications:

2+ years' experience operating Tajima or similar embroidery machines.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to follow work orders and instructions.
Good communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 6 lbs.
Hooping experience is an asset.

Sublimation Press Operator

Summary:
Operate sublimation presses to produce high-quality customized products while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate sublimation presses.
Load/unload materials (up to 50 lbs.).
Adjust press settings for optimal results.
Inspect finished products for quality and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures.
Report equipment or safety concerns.

Qualifications:

2–3 years' manufacturing or sublimation printing experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of sublimation printing equipment.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday.

Heat Press Operator

Summary:
Customize sports jerseys using heat press equipment while ensuring quality, accuracy, and production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Apply names, numbers, and graphics to sports jerseys using heat press equipment.
Use projectors for accurate placement.
Complete pre- and post-operation equipment inspections.
Inspect products for quality and report defects.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications:

Sports knowledge is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
Pride in producing high-quality work.
