Project Manager
Mission
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of client projects, implementations, phased rollouts, and integrations/custom exports. Managing 4-6 projects simultaneously, you will oversee internal and external coordination to ensure timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met regardless of industry or complexity.

• Manager’s Manager: Director of Professional Services

• Collaboration: Cross-functional teams across Product, Professional Services, and Client Relationship Management
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and own client projects, ensuring they stay on track, stakeholders remain accountable, and deliverables align with the project plan.
• Facilitate requirement gathering for new and existing clients, collaborating with Product, Professional Services, and Client Relationship Managers to scope projects effectively, including development needs.
• Define project timelines and plans, covering scope, schedule, costs, resources, risks, and quality controls.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear expectations, and regular updates on progress.
• Oversee training and onboarding efforts, ensuring clients receive the necessary support when adopting new solutions or customized implementations.
• Continuously analyze completed projects to refine best practices and improve future project delivery.
Success Metrics
• Provide weekly (or more frequent) updates to internal and external project stakeholders.
• Participate in weekly check-ins with PMs, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to discuss project status and challenges.
• Ensure on-time project delivery based on agreed timelines.
• Maintain budget performance by managing costs effectively.
• Optimize resource utilization to balance workloads and maximize efficiency.
• Improve time to completion by reducing delays and ensuring streamlined execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience in project management or project coordination.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is a plus but not required.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working in cross-functional organizations.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Experience in software, cloud, and/or SaaS environments is a plus.
• Experience with TrackTik or payroll solutions (e.g., PayCor, Sage, etc.) is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Considerations
• Up to 25% travel (intermittent but not frequent).
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
