Job Description: The RN Case Manager will report to the Manager of Primary Health Care. This position will be an integral part of the Primary Care Health Team within the Beauval Health Centre. Although the primary base of work will be in a primary care setting, some community outreach and programming will be required.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Experience

Experience working in a cross cultural, diverse environment
2 - 3 years experience as a Primary Care Nurse or Nurse Practitioner preferred.

Knowledge & Abilities

Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to delegate appropriately.
Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
Ability to organize work load demands
Demonstrated understanding of scope of practice of individuals supervised
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook)

Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
Preference to candidates who are fluent in Indigenous languages to the region.
