This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the global marketing strategy of a trusted digital platform used by consumers worldwide.

Accountabilities

The Head of Marketing will own the overall marketing vision and execution strategy, driving brand growth, audience expansion, and market positioning. This role requires a strategic leader who can combine storytelling, analytics, team leadership, and operational excellence to deliver measurable business impact.

Define and execute the long-term marketing strategy, including brand positioning, communication channels, audience development, and growth initiatives.
Lead brand strategy and audience growth efforts to increase global awareness, trust, and direct demand.
Own key marketing functions including brand, public relations, communications, organic social media, SEO, newsletters, and organic audience development.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering collaboration and innovation.
Establish and monitor marketing KPIs related to brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and business contribution.
Track metrics such as branded search, direct traffic, share of voice, audience sentiment, and top-of-funnel performance.
Partner with growth teams to ensure alignment between organic marketing efforts, acquisition strategies, conversion, lifecycle initiatives, and retention goals.
Collaborate with Product, Revenue, Operations, and other departments to create a consistent and valuable user experience.
Build scalable marketing processes, frameworks, and capabilities that support future company growth.
Use research, market insights, and data analysis to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
Represent the brand externally through strategic communications and industry engagement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing leader with a strong background in brand building, digital growth, and audience development. This professional should combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills and have experience leading teams in consumer-facing environments.

8+ years of experience in marketing, branding, public relations, communications, social media, SEO, or organic audience growth roles.
Proven experience building brand awareness and audience growth for consumer products, digital platforms, media companies, or subscription-based businesses.
Demonstrated success leading marketing teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
Strong understanding of brand measurement, audience analytics, share of voice, organic performance, and social insights.
Experience defining marketing strategies, processes, and operational frameworks.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions and measure impact.
Passion for research, product analysis, and understanding consumer behavior.
Curious, organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different teams.
Experience with digital products, mobile applications, or subscription models is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively in an international environment and communicate with global audiences.
Professional English proficiency required due to collaboration with international users, partners, and stakeholders.
