Associated Ambulance is a leading provider of emergency medical services across Alberta. We're currently seeking a General Labourer to assist with day to day facilities and mainenance activities.

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer to support general maintenance and facilitiy activities on our properties in Edmonton, Acheson, Red Deer and additional rural station locations. Reporting to the designate of Maintenance and Facilties, this role provides general on-site support, assists the current Maintenance and Facilities staff, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with general labour as directed, maintenance, and clean-up

Skills & Requirements

Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of safety requirements
Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
Good communication skills and professional conduct while on site at facilities

Qualifications

Previous general labour experience is an asset but not required
Construction safety training (WHMIS, CSTS, First Aid) is an asset
Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
Ability to lift, carry, and perform manual labour safely
