What you'll do

• Grow a book of home, auto, and commercial insurance clients
• Follow up on leads and referrals, book appointments, and put together quotes that fit each client's needs
• Review existing policies to find gaps and cross-sell opportunities
• Give fast, friendly service that keeps clients coming back and sending referrals

What you'll get

• A $55,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with total earnings of $100,000+ possible
• OTL licensing paid for by us

What you bring

• A proven track record of hitting or beating sales targets
• A customer-first attitude, with a history of building lasting client relationships
• An OTL licence, or willingness to get one (we'll cover the cost)
• Confident communication skills and a drive to win
• Fluent English; other languages, such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Farsi, Italian, or Russian, are a strong asset
