Flexible Scheduling

The pharmacy operates: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–9:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Sunday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Available shifts may include: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Some flexibility may also be required to support on-call situations outside of core operating hours.

About the Role

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will work primarily across pharmacy and clean-room environments, providing an opportunity to develop a broad range of professional skills. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Reviewing and verifying prescriptions
  • Dispensing medications accurately and safely
  • Providing medication counselling and clinical support
  • Working in a controlled clean-room environment
  • Following established medication preparation and safety procedures
  • Maintaining accurate patient and medication records
  • Collaborating with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable pharmacy standards and procedures
  • Supporting daily pharmacy operations and workflow
  • Participating in on-call coverage when required
  • Maintaining a high standard of patient safety and quality

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario
  • Active registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in both pharmacy and clean-room settings
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to participate in on-call coverage when required
  • Experience with Kroll is an asset
  • Clean-room experience is an asset, but training may be available depending on the candidate
