Dalina in Chinatown is looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to lead our team and show hospitality to our customers and community

We are looking for a candidate that has these qualities:

Experience managing a diverse team and an ability to adapt to the needs of a busy Cafe

Excellent communication skills, a genuine love of customer service and problem solving ability

A strong committment to systems including scheduling, checklists, waste log, inventory, ordering and performance reviews

A sense of ownership and responsibility of the entire cafe operation and a willingness to take iniative
