Project Description
- A Sr. Software Developer is requested to support the automation of the Agency's Intake and Onboarding process
- This initiative seeks to eliminate the need for health care practitioners to submit multiple requests, thereby streamlining the onboarding process
- Planned activities include automation tasks, eReferral integration with ONE ID, eConsult, EMR services, and Helix integration
- Additional automation of oAuth client profiles to eliminate manual data entry
Responsibilities
- Review business requirements with stakeholders and clarify as needed
- Walk through solution designs and build and unit test approved solutions
- Support stakeholders during validation and testing and document solution and promotion steps
- Support development and design of user profile management tool
Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Remedy ARS Development
- 8+ years working with backend data and BMC ITSM v9+ features
- 8+ years conducting code reviews and unit testing
- 8+ years translating business requirements into functional specifications
- 8+ years designing and building custom, data-driven solutions
- 3+ years of experience with SQL
- 3+ years developing reports using Smart Reporting and SSRS
- Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's or master's in business, health, engineering, computer science, or related field
- Experience integrating Remedy solutions with Web Services
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with privacy regulations and security best practices
- Experience conducting design walkthroughs
- Experience reviewing and modifying installation scripts
- Ability to provide post-implementation support
- Experience with JIRA or similar tools
