Commercial Cleaning Specialist

BuildCare Group Commercial & Property Cleaning is a growing Winnipeg-based cleaning company specializing in office cleaning, commercial properties, property management, and post-construction cleaning.

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work. If you're someone who enjoys creating clean, organized spaces and wants to grow with a local company, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, commercial buildings, and common areas

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all assigned areas

• Clean and sanitize washrooms, kitchens, and break rooms

• Empty garbage and replace liners

• Clean glass, mirrors, doors, and high-touch surfaces

• Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures

• Report maintenance concerns or damages

• Take before and after photos when required

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Qualifications

• Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience is an asset

• Reliable transportation is required

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

• Dependable and punctual

• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
