We’re a high-energy, spirited team thriving in a fast-paced environment, and we’re looking for top-tier talent to join our growing insurance team as a Technical Service Representative (TSR) supporting both Commercial and Personal Lines.
Key Responsibilities

Process policy documents including letters, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes

Support Account Managers with administrative and technical tasks to maintain exceptional client service

Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or obtain required information

Provide technical and administrative support for Commercial and Personal Lines accounts

Process client requests and ensure they are handled accurately and in a timely manner

Assist Account Managers and Producers with day-to-day servicing requirements

Support other administrative and operational tasks as required

Qualifications

RIBO license is required

Previous experience working as a Technical Service Representative (TSR) in an insurance brokerage environment

Experience with both Commercial and Personal Lines insurance

Valid driver's license

Strong understanding of insurance terminology, policies, and documentation

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
