Serenia Life Financial is looking for motivated, people-focused professionals to build a career as a Life Insurance Advisor.

No previous life insurance experience is required. If you have a background in sales, customer service, banking, financial services, real estate, mortgage services, hospitality, business development, or another relationship-focused profession, we provide training, coaching, mentorship, and support to help you build your practice.

This is a commission-based sales opportunity with performance bonuses and uncapped earning potential.
What You'll Do

As a Life Insurance Advisor, you will:

Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial needs and goals
Recommend life insurance and financial protection solutions
Build long-term relationships with clients
Develop new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement
Build and manage your own client base
Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development

Compensation & Earning Potential

Expected Annual Earnings: $50,000–$100,000+

This is a commission-based role with performance bonuses and no cap on earning potential.

Your income will depend on your individual sales activity, business development, and results. This opportunity is best suited to someone who is motivated by performance-based compensation and wants the ability to grow their income over time.

You may be a strong fit if you:

Have experience working with customers, clients, or the public
Have sales, business development, financial services, banking, mortgage, real estate, hospitality, or customer service experience
Are comfortable meeting new people and developing relationships
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
Are comfortable building business through networking, referrals, and prospecting

Previous insurance experience is not required.
