  • For Transitioning & Aspiring Professionals – The "Pay-Per-Activity" Model: If you are new to the industry, we take the stress out of traditional commission. We pay you directly for executing our sales process. This gives you the opportunity to earn consistently while you learn the business—but your income is directly tied to the activities you complete each day.
  • For Seasoned Automotive Pros – The High-Incentive Commission Model: If you already know how to write deals and manage a book of business, we offer highly competitive, versatile commission-based pay plans designed to maximize your gross and reward high-volume performance.
  • Real Earning Potential: Our average sales representatives realistically earn $65,000 to $100,000+ annually, with our top performers consistently clearing six figures. There is no cap on your earning potential.

What You’ll Do to Win

  • Manage Your Pipeline: Take ownership of incoming leads and customer relationships using our advanced CRM system.
  • Execute High-Velocity Follow-Up: Consistently connect with customers via calls, texts, and emails to set appointments and drive traffic.
  • Deliver a Professional Experience: Guide clients through a transparent, seamless, and high-quality buying journey from greeting to delivery.
  • Become a Product Expert: Confidently present GM vehicle features, specifications, and modern technology.
  • Build a Personal Brand: Generate repeat and referral business by turning one-time buyers into lifelong advocates.

What You Need to Bring

  • OMVIC Certification (Or a willingness to obtain it immediately).
  • Valid Ontario "G" Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and written.
  • Prior Sales or High-End Customer Service Experience is a strong asset, but we will train the right attitude.
