The Receptionist is the first person customers see when
they visit the dealership and helps create a positive experience. In this role,
you will answer phone calls, direct customers to the right department, and keep
the reception area organized. If you enjoy helping people, are detail-oriented,
and can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment, this role could be a great
fit for you.

Major Responsibilities:

Greet and assist
customers in the showroom
Answer and direct
phone calls in a friendly and timely manner
Help customers and
understand their needs
Communicate
professionally with clients by phone and email
Maintain organization
and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Work confidently and
professionally with customers
Complete vehicle
licensing
Complete other duties
as needed

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist
experience is an asset
1–2 years of customer
service experience
At least 1 year of
administrative experience
Automotive industry
experience is an asset
Strong teamwork and
interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
Excellent listening
and communication skills
Strong attention to
detail and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working
in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

Expected
compensation range: $17.95 an hour + 4% vacation pay

based on experience and qualifications
