Responsibilities:

• Assist with general labour tasks on job sites in and around the Victoria/Langford area
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Support team members with day-to-day operational tasks as directed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Follow health and safety protocols and company procedures on every job
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members on site

Requirements:

• Previous general labour or construction experience is an asset
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Valid driver's licence is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Comfortable working in varying weather and job site conditions
• Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail
