Delta Hockey Academy English/Social Studies Teacher

The following courses are delivered at the Planet Ice rink facility, where teachers work directly on-site with Delta Hockey Academy students. Teachers are expected to work in close collaboration with DHA staff, coaches, and program coordinators to maximize the overall academic and athletic experience of DHA students. DHA classes follow a hybrid (linear-semester) schedule, with Grade 8 and 9 classes at the Rink held in the afternoon, and Grade 10 to 12 classes conducted in the morning.

The current load will include the following courses:

  • 2 blocks DHA English 8
  • 2 blocks DHA Social Studies 8
  • 2 blocks DHA Creative Writing 10
