A growing real estate development firm is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the delivery of high quality projects. The role involves organizing project documentation, tracking schedules and milestones, coordinating with consultants and stakeholders, preparing meeting materials and minutes, and assisting with budgets, research and project reporting.

Strong organizational and communication skills required. Real estate development experience is an asset.

Salary up to $80,000 plus benefits and professional development support.
