Job Description:Provides direct client care activities including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Field Nurse is responsible and accountable for the provision of safe client care services and programs. Job description is available upon request.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Other Education and Training

Nursing diploma is acceptable

Cognizant of patient safety in dev. of clinical documentation/implementation
Knowledge in health care supplies and equipment
