Role Summary
The Lead Quality Specialist supports the implementation and day-to-day execution of quality assurance and quality control processes across company operations and projects. Reporting to the QA Manager, this role assists with inspections, audits, documentation, issue tracking, and compliance monitoring to help ensure work is completed in accordance with company requirements, client expectations, applicable codes, and project specifications. The Lead Quality Specialist works closely with project teams and operational staff to promote consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
