Office Administrative & Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary:As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This position requires a detail-oriented and, customer-focused individual who can manage office administrative tasks while providing excellent front-desk support. Duties:

• Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the company’s calendar for installation and service.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, and appointment booking.
• Support the sales with follow-ups for pick-up, shipment, and installation.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain CRM and Excel sheets to keep track of the orders and appointments.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a front desk role is preferred, particularly with windows & doors manufacturing.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanour to ensure positive patient interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
