AO Globe Life is seeking Remote Client Sales Representatives to introduce clients to life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions. This entry-level opportunity combines structured training, virtual client appointments, and ongoing coaching to help you develop your skills in insurance sales and client service.

New to insurance? Training and guidance are provided. Bring a willingness to learn, a professional approach, and the motivation to grow.

Your Role in Protecting What Matters

Meet with prospective clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments.
Learn about clients' needs and discuss relevant life insurance and supplemental benefit options.
Present coverage information clearly and respond to client questions.
Guide clients through application steps and maintain communication throughout the process.
Keep client records and appointment information organized and accurate.
Participate in product training, coaching, and professional development.
Work toward established sales, service, and performance objectives.

A more focused approach to sales: Connect with provided leads and individuals who have expressed interest in coverage through scheduled appointments. This role does not involve unsolicited cold calling.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, or sales is welcome, but it is not required.
