Dr. Clean Inc. is looking for a dependable and safety-focused DZ Water Truck Operator / Industrial Technician to join our Sudbury team.

This is a temporary position expected to last approximately two months, with the possibility of an extension based on operational needs. The successful candidate will operate a water truck while also assisting with industrial work as required.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a DZ-class water truck at assigned locations
  • Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Transport and apply water according to site requirements
  • Monitor water levels and refill the truck as needed
  • Follow site-specific procedures, traffic rules and safety requirements
  • Maintain accurate inspection and work records
  • Report vehicle defects, safety concerns and operational issues promptly
  • Keep the truck and assigned equipment clean and organized
  • Assist with industrial labour and general site duties when required
  • Work cooperatively with supervisors, clients and other team members

Requirements

  • Valid Ontario DZ driver’s license
  • Experience operating commercial vehicles or water trucks
  • Strong commitment to safe driving and workplace safety
  • Ability to work five 12-hour shifts per week
  • Physically able to perform industrial and general labour duties
  • Dependable transportation to the assigned work location
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in changing weather conditions
  • Ability to complete required pre-employment and site-specific screening

Schedule and Position Details

  • Temporary position lasting approximately two months
  • Potential for extension; an extension is not guaranteed
  • Five shifts per week
  • Twelve-hour shifts
  • Work will take place in the Sudbury area
  • Exact shift times and workdays will be discussed during the hiring process
