What You’ll Do:

Prepare and paint residential interiors and exteriors

Complete assigned units efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

Work independently and as part of a team

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

Reliable transportation

Previous painting experience is an asset (but not required—we train!)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
