Il Fornello Richmond Hill is seeking an experienced, professional Server to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering attentive and knowledgeable service while ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to remain calm, composed, and efficient during busy service periods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a willingness to support fellow team members.
Reliable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and conduct.
Comfortable learning and confidently discussing food, wine, cocktails, and daily features with guests.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Knowledge of wines and wine service
Familiarity with basic cocktails
