We are looking for someone who is warm, organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoys making people feel cared for.

What You’ll Do

As our Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Greeting every patient with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Creating a welcoming, positive first impression
  • Checking patients in and out efficiently
  • Answering incoming phone calls with professionalism and compassion
  • Scheduling and managing appointments
  • Processing daily payments and transactions
  • Communicating with our doctors and treatment team to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly
  • Helping wherever needed to support the team and our patients

Qualifications

Previous experience as a receptionist, medical office assistant, healthcare assistant, or in customer service is considered an asset—but it is not required.

We are happy to train the right person.

For us, attitude, work ethic, and ownership are far more important than experience.
