Snow and Ice Operations Manager

Oakridge Landscape Contractors is hiring a Snow and Ice Operations Manager to oversee our growing winter operations portfolio. Reporting to the Grounds Senior Manager, this role leads pre-season logistics, sub-trade management, client relations, and 24/7 storm execution across all commercial and institutional sites.
Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee site plowing, salting, seasonal close-outs, and daily supervisor inspections.
• Lead pre-season logistics: site binders, video documentation, salt inventory, and snow dump sites.
• Manage equipment readiness with the Equipment Manager, renters, and subcontractors.
• Prepare estimates, monitor P&L metrics, and track labor/materials against project budgets.
• Work with production teams to balance winter operations alongside landscape construction.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading snow operations and multi-crew scheduling.
• 24/7 availability during the winter season.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
• Proficient in MS Office; B2W (Bid2Win) experience preferred.
• Strong decision-making skills under dynamic weather conditions.
