Role overview

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-focused FLOOR MANAGER to join our Italian restaurant team. The floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily front-of-house operation, ensuring exceptional guest service, supporting the service team, and maintaining the standards and atmosphere of the restaurant.

The ideal candidate is a confident leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for Italian food and hospitality, and leads by example with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

. Previous experiences as a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or experienced Server in a full-service restaurant.

. Excellent customer-service and problem-solving abilities.

. Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional durin busy service periods.

. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and restaurant service; knowledge of Italian cuisine is an asset.

. Ability to train, coach and motivate a diverse team.

.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekend and holidays.

. Smart Serve or applicable alcohol-service certification, where required.
