- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles (typically 15–20 requisitions concurrently) across business functions
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines, including passive and diverse candidate pools
- Advise stakeholders on market insights, compensation trends, and talent availability
- Enhance recruitment processes through continuous improvement, tools, and best practices
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Requirements

- Fluency in English and French (mandatory) to support nationwide Canadian hiring
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, social media, and direct search techniques
- Proven ability to influence and advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy and market conditions
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in parallel within a high-volume environment
- Solid understanding of ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred
Benefits
- Competitive base salary aligned with Canadian market standards (approx. USD 75,000–103,000 equivalent range depending on experience)
- Performance-based incentive bonus (up to 10%)
