Here's what you'll be doing

You’ll play a key role in ensuring that lease customers experience a smooth and satisfying end-of-lease process while contributing directly to the dealership’s growth and success. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the lease-end journey, presenting options for lease renewal, purchase, or upgrade, and enhancing their overall satisfaction. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service departments, you’ll develop retention strategies, build strong relationships, and provide expert advice to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their lease-end options and feel valued by our company. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that lease customers experience a smooth and satisfying end-of-lease process while contributing directly to the company’s growth and success.

Your days will be filled with

  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers approaching the end of their lease, providing expert guidance on options and ensuring a seamless and pleasant transition.
  • Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with lease customers to foster loyalty and long-term retention.

Lease Renewal & Retention Strategy:

  • Develop and execute tailored lease renewal and retention strategies to encourage customers to continue their journey with our brand.
  • Actively promote new leases, upgrades, and purchase options that align with customer needs and budget.
  • Analyze customer trends, needs, and market insights to continuously refine retention strategies and exceed monthly renewal targets.

Sales & Negotiation:

  • Present lease renewal, buyout, and new lease offers, effectively communicating the benefits of each option and customizing the approach to meet individual customer needs.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close renewal deals, meeting or exceeding sales goals and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to ensure customers receive a consistent and exceptional experience.
  • Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure available vehicles meet customer preferences and requirements.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all transactions and agreements are processed in compliance with legal and company guidelines, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions, offers, and customer feedback for tracking and reporting purposes.

You need these qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, lease renewal, customer service, or account management.
  • Skills: Strong customer engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Automotive Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automotive leases, financing options, and end-of-lease procedures.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You must hold a valid OMVIC License
  • You hold a valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clean driving record

It would be nice if

  • You have experience in luxury or high-end retail sales
  • You're fluent in multiple languages, reflecting the diversity of our community
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
