What You’ll Do

Maintain public areas: lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and windows.
Support housekeeping: strip rooms, deliver linens, tidy housekeeping rooms, assist with heavy lifting.
Help with minor maintenance: check lights, remotes, and report issues.
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property.
Be presentable to guests and staff
Maintain a comfortable professional luxury guest experience-escort seniors to their rooms, while carrying their luggage, approach all guests with a warm and caring demeanor. Share your stories with the guests for amazing interaction.
Position is not limited to “houseperson” and may include any and all aspects of each department as needed.

What You Bring

Basic knowledge of cleaning principles and equipment.
A very positive, above and beyond friendly attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong command of the English language for clear communication with guests and team members.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, split shifts or any shift your supervisor requests to serve the business needs of the hotel.
Great communication skills and a self-starter mindset. You enjoy interacting with all the guests you meet to ensure that the guest experience is top-notch. You will think “out of the box” and be very guest centric.
