JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide friendly, fast, and accurate guest service with a positive attitude.

Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized restaurant, front counter, and drive-thru.

Follow Always Fresh, product preparation, order accuracy, and speed-of-service standards.

Greet guests promptly using the S.E.T. principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You.

Handle guest concerns professionally and complete service recovery when needed.

Follow food safety, sanitation, handwashing, and temperature-recording procedures.

Keep products, supplies, and showcases stocked and ready for busy periods.

Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Follow workplace health and safety rules, use required PPE, and report hazards, injuries, and incidents.

Never operate equipment or work in a way that could endanger yourself or others.

We also offer a $2.00 premium for midnight shifts, bringing the starting wage to $19.95 per hour.
