Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist for an existing vacancy within our Marketing Department. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing a high volume of marketing activities across multiple media platforms, including collaborating on the development of marketing programs, managing end-to-end project delivery, and creating and implementing social media strategies that support the firm’s business objectives. The successful candidate will serve as the primary lead for the firm’s organic social media content. The position is based in our London office.

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field;
3-5 years of experience in a marketing-related position;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail;
Proven experience creating organic social media content (text, images, and video) for mid-sized to large organizations;
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborate as part of a team, and consistently meet deadlines;
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Hootsuite and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities:

Plan, write, and deploy high-quality content for the firm's social media platforms to increase online brand visibility and engagement;
Collaborate with the marketing team to initiate new content based on business needs and data insights while maintaining the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity across all channels;
Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions;
Track and analyze social media performance, budget, and insights to adjust content tactics accordingly;
Review emerging platforms to ensure the firm's social media presence remains relevant for our target markets.

Expected Salary: $57,200 to $66,000. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. We welcome applications from candidates with a wide range of experience levels.
