Are you an Automotive Apprentice looking for a shop that will actually invest in your career?

At DRIVEN, we're not looking for someone to spend their day doing oil changes and cleaning up after everyone else. We're looking for an apprentice who wants to learn, develop their skills, and become an exceptional technician.

Whether you're in your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year, if you have the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for the automotive industry, we'd love to meet you. While we prefer a 3rd-year apprentice, we're open to the right person at any stage of their apprenticeship.

We've invested heavily into our modern service department and are building a team that takes pride in quality workmanship, continuous learning, and supporting one another.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist licensed technicians with diagnostics and repairs

Perform maintenance services, inspections, and repairs based on your experience

Learn proper diagnostic procedures and repair techniques

Keep accurate repair notes and documentation

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Continue developing your technical skills while progressing through your apprenticeship

What We're Looking For

Registered Automotive Service Technician Apprentice (any level considered)

3rd-year apprentice preferred, but not required

Valid Ontario Driver's Licence

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Positive attitude and team mentality

Reliable, motivated, and eager to build a long-term career in the automotive industry
