About AnyWorky

AnyWorky is a Toronto-area on-demand service marketplace connecting homeowners with vetted local trades. We're actively onboarding furniture assemblers for our Mississauga and Brampton launch. This is an independent contractor opportunity — you choose which jobs to accept and when.

What you'll do

Receive assembly job requests through our provider app: cribs and

cots, dressers, bed frames, desks, dining tables, bookshelves,
wardrobes, TV stands, patio furniture, flat-pack

Arrive on time, assemble to spec, leave the workspace tidy
Upload before-and-after photos through the app
Communicate directly with customers through the platform

What we're looking for

Prior furniture assembly experience (professional or high-volume personal — big-box store deliveries all count)
Own tool kit: Phillips + flat screwdrivers, hex/allen key set, rubber mallet; power drill preferred but not required
Reliable transportation and ability to lift 50+ lbs safely
Comfortable using a smartphone app for job management
Clear written and spoken English
Willing to complete a photo ID check and third-party background check as part of onboarding customers frequently book while home with children — this is non-negotiable)

How onboarding works

1. Submit this application (2-min form)
2. We'll email a link to our provider portal to complete verification
3. Photo ID, background check consent, and service-area setup take ~15 minutes
4. Approved providers can start accepting jobs within 3-5 business days

Service area: Mississauga, Brampton, and surrounding GTA
Schedule: you choose — accept jobs when you're available
Typical job length: 30 min (small piece) to 3 hours (multi-item)
