Skanna Systems & Investigations Inc. is currently looking for a Full-Time/Part Time Security Guard to work in Calgary, Alberta.
FULL-TIME/ PART TIME

AFTERNOONS (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
NIGHTS (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Use telecommunications (i.e. two-way radio, cell phone, telephone paging systems). Enforce regulations of establishments.
Respond to alarms, bomb threats, and other emergencies.
Visitor Access Control.
Maintain order and follow and adhere to post orders.
Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures.
Monitor security cameras.
Operate security control room equipment.
Patrolling.
Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed.
Detect or prevent thefts and vandalism.
Report writing.

Qualifications, Required License, or Certification:

Must possess a valid Security Guard License.
CPR Level C Certified.

The Ideal Candidate will possess:

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Professional work ethics.
Must be able to stand for long periods.
Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new computer programs site-specific.
Excellent Customer Service.
Willing to travel 40-50 kilometers to work if needed.
