Role overview

We are seeking an experienced senior-level superintendent with 10+ years of field experience for a leading GC in Toronto

The business continues to deliver exceptional projects in sectors including: Civil, transit, and Industrial works.

A strong background in mechanical or concrete focus would be appealing The ideal candidate will have the following:

Have a strong knowledge of full-cycle projects, as well as the ability to lead exceptional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on major projects across the region for both renovation and new build.
Review project scopes alongside the project manager, including specifications, subcontractor scopes, and general conditions
Mentor, train, and manage other field personnel
Support project performance valued at $20m+.
Provide leadership and guidance in organizing, planning, and supervising estimating personnel
Foster a culture of coaching and mentoring within the operations team
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant construction field
10+ years of combined field experience within a GC
Track record of leading $20M+ projects, including design-build
Demonstrated ability to mentor and build high-performing teams
Experience in design-build, IPD, and Construction Management is required

Salary - $130,000 - $160,000
