Janitorial 1 day per weekWe are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment and have their own means of transportation to and from jobs for various locations in the Fredericton area once a week. This position could be broken into 2 afternoons instead for the right applicant.

Hours would be approximately:Thursdays 10:00am 5:00pm (3 sites on northside)
potential to add more hours/shifts

The successful candidates are required to have the following:- Have a valid drivers license & transportation to/from the jobsite.

• Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
• Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
• Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
• Able to work independently & around people
• Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
• Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
• Be able to work various locations throughout the city
• Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
• Have an eye for detail cleaning

Job Duties would include but not limited to.Building Cleaning.

• Sweeping/Mopping
• Disinfecting touch points
• Vacuuming
• Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms
• Dusting
• General cleaning duties
• Garbage removal
• And more as directed by supervisors.
• Helping co-workers
