Sales Lead, Accessories and Retail Parts

The Sales Lead, Accessories and Retails parts is responsible for the national sales performance of Honda and Acura accessories and retail parts— including tires, wheels, oil, batteries, brakes, and accessories — driving sales, gross profit, and dealer engagement across the portfolio. The role owns category growth strategies, pricing, incentive and supplier programs, and dealer enablement tools, with a particular focus on growing accessory sales and per-new-vehicle revenue (PNVR) through the development of targeted programs, initiatives, and new-model launch planning. Working cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Product Planning, field teams and suppliers, the position delivers results through strong ownership and continuous performance management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the national accessory sales strategy and own PNVR and engagement growth across the Honda and Acura network.
• Develop and manage new accessory programs, including targets and ROI tracking.
• Drive accessory launch readiness, lifecycle planning, competitive pricing, and future strategy development.
• Lead and grow the national tire and wheel strategy, including seasonal programs, demand forecasting, pricing, and supplier alignment.
• Grow oil, battery, and brake sales through pricing, retail offers, and replacement-demand analysis.
• Manage pricing, rebate, and program execution, dropship coordination, supplier alignment, and vendor credit recovery.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Product Planning, the field teams and Dealer Care Group to activate programs and convert opportunities at point of sale.
• Deliver performance dashboards, gap analysis, and PDCA reporting to drive dealer participation and accountability.
• Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences to inform countermeasures.
• Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Automotive Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in Automotive OEM, retail products, accessories, or aftersales, including sales performance management and target setting; experience growing accessory sales, PNVR, or attachment rates strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accessory, retail parts category management, including PNVR and attachment growth and dealer rebate or loyalty program design.
• Proven experience in vendor management, data analysis and forecasting, program and project management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

HIRING PRACTICES

The salary range for this position is $94,750.00- $112,516.00 CAD annually. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of job-related factors, including education, experience, knowledge, and skill set.

This is an on-site with occasional work-from-home position that requires employees to work on-site four days per week with the opportunity to work-from-home one day per week (with a dedicated workspace at the assigned company office).
