Traveling Convention Worker / Media Assistant / Warehouse Worker

If you are a tattooer and are feeling the hard times of tattooing but don't want to leave the industry? There is an opportunity to work part time at Pinz Tattoo if the fit is right. This is for experienced tattooers only, this is not an apprenticeship and there will be no option for that.

Duties:

• Assist with setup, breakdown, and logistical support at conventions and events across multiple locations. Shared duties in driving the truck and trailer.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos during events using professional equipment; edit media content with apps like Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.
• Manage digital media assets by organizing files, updating catalogs, and preparing content for distribution using Adobe Creative Suite tools like InDesign and Illustrator.
• Support warehouse operations by handling inventory, packing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to produce engaging multimedia presentations and promotional materials for events.
• Help maintain the Shopify website with digital assets, product information, stock levels. Be able to create homepage carousels and update pages as required.
• Maintain accurate records of media assets, event schedules, and inventory logs to ensure seamless coordination.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's license.
• Must be confident in driving a truck and trailer.
• Ability to travel frequently to different event locations; valid passports preferred.
• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications including at least 3 of these programs; Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator; familiarity with Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Proven experience with Social Media platforms.
• Photography and videography skills with the ability to capture compelling content in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing digital files and physical inventory efficiently.
• Comfortable working in dynamic settings that require physical activity such as lifting equipment or setting up displays.
• Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
• Prior experience in media production or warehouse operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
